Recently, police busted a rave party at a farmhouse near Bengaluru. They detained 31 people and seized several drugs. Furthermore, four individuals were sent to jail. Meanwhile, the investigation is ongoing.
Rave Party Busted Near Bengaluru: Drugs Seized, 31 Detained
Early Sunday morning, Bengaluru police raided a farmhouse in Kannamangala village, near Devanahalli. The raid began around 5 a.m. Consequently, they detained 31 people, including seven women. In addition, police seized several types of narcotics.
What Police Found
During the raid, officers seized:
- 3 grams of cocaine
- 5 grams of hydro-ganja
- 60 grams of hashish
- A small amount of ganja
Moreover, many of the partygoers were young IT professionals from Bengaluru.

4 Sent to Jail, 27 Released
DCP V J Sajith said all detainees underwent drug tests. However, police are still waiting for the results. Four people were sent to jail for 14 days. On the other hand, the remaining 27 were released on bail. Therefore, police filed cases against all attendees, including the farmhouse owner.
A Birthday Party Gone Wrong
Mazar Sharif, an IT worker from Banaswadi, Bengaluru, organized the party for his 26th birthday. He rented the farmhouse online from Syed Asad. Unfortunately, the celebration quickly turned into a drug-fueled rave. Most guests were between 24 and 30 years old.
How Police Raided the Party
Local residents reported suspicious late-night activity. As a result, ACP Naveen from Devanahalli led the raid. Officers acted swiftly and discreetly. Additionally, a suspected drug peddler was present. Now, police are investigating the wider drug network. More arrests may follow.
Investigation Continues
Currently, police are tracing the source of the seized drugs. They are also checking for links to a larger drug racket. Furthermore, they are examining the roles of the farmhouse owner and party organizers.
