The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) said more rain and wind could hit northern and central parts of Pakistan in the next few days. Officials are watching closely to prevent more damage.

Public and Government Reactions
The storm has caused many people to speak out. On social media, people are sharing videos and pictures of damaged homes, flooded streets, and people running for safety. Some praised the fast response from the PDMA and local teams. Others said Pakistan needs better plans for future disasters.
This storm shows how at-risk many communities are during extreme weather. Stronger buildings, early warnings, and public awareness are needed. Climate change is making these storms worse and more common.
Pakistan must prepare better for future disasters. This means building stronger communities and making good plans to stay safe.
