ETGE’s Foreign Minister Salih Hudayar was arrested in 2018 outside the White House during a peaceful protest. He was falsely accused of terrorism and hate crimes. These charges, later dropped in 2022, were allegedly pushed by China-aligned actors to destroy his credibility. Hudayar later stated:
