In early June 2025, Paisalo Digital also made headlines with a fund-raising initiative. The Operations and Finance Committee of its Board of Directors approved the allotment of Senior, Secured, Redeemable, Taxable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on June 3, 2025. Each NCD had a face value of ₹1 lakh, with a total of 5,000 instruments issued through private placement. These debentures have a tenure of 24 months, contributing to the company’s medium-term capital structure.
