Anant Ambani Opens Up About Who Supported Him During His Toughest Times
Anant Ambani, the youngest son of Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani, has faced several health challenges since childhood, including obesity and asthma. Anant recently shared the name of the one person who stood by him like a rock during his darkest times.
Radhika Merchant Became His Strength
In an interview with India Today last year, ahead of his grand pre-wedding celebrations in Jamnagar, Anant Ambani spoke from the heart. He revealed that while his parents and family were always supportive, it was Radhika Merchant who became his emotional pillar.
“I am lucky to have her,” Anant said. “She is the girl of my dreams. Since childhood, I believed I’d never get married because I wanted to dedicate my life to animal welfare. But when I met Radhika, I saw that she shared the same values. She has a nurturing and giving nature, especially towards animals.”
She Gave Me Strength When I Needed It Most
Opening up further, Anant added, “Though my parents supported me unconditionally, it was Radhika who gave me strength when I was at my weakest. Even when doctors gave up hope on certain treatments, my parents and Radhika never did.”
He emphasized how his parents never made him feel like he was ill. “But Radhika was always there — emotionally, mentally — lifting me up when I needed it most. She truly stood like a strong pillar through it all.”
